How can I make a purchase?

Our online purchase is simple and easy. Just click on "Add to Cart" and checkout when you're ready. You may also review your items before final payment.

No need to create an account. You may check out as a guest. We will however require and retain email and contact numbers to ensure we can reach you for any business-related concerns. Rest assured that any information gathered will be kept private.

We accept payments via BPI, BDO, GCash, Paymaya and PayPal. 

Orders may only be cancelled if the items haven’t been shipped. Please contact us if you want to cancel or change the order.

    For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 5 business days upon receipt of full payment. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 5 to 10 business days, with the exception of areas outside our shipping partners’ standard routes.

    Yes. Shipping rates and additional charges for wooden crate (if required) apply.

    Due to shipping restrictions, each order is limited to a maximum of 44 pounds (20 kilos) only. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in good condition. Please refer to the shipping weight of each product. Our system will auto-compute the total order weight upon check-out. Note that orders weighing more than 44 pounds will not be accepted.

    We do not offer pickups as a standard option, but we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests when possible. Please send us a message at myottoman.azraliving@gmail.com.

    We have a showroom in Makati and we accept clients by appointment. Send us a message if you'd like to book an appointment.

    Because our items are handcrafted and created in limited quantities, we can't guarantee their availability. Still, we’ll do our best to restock well-loved pieces. To receive updates on our latest offerings, follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
