Shipping

We work with third-party partners (Lalamove, Grab, LBC Express, JRS Express & Gogo Xpress) in delivering items to your home. Rest assured that we handle merchandise with utmost care, and we certify their condition prior to packaging and delivery.

For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within five (5) business days upon receipt of full payment.

For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within five (5) to ten (10) business days, with the exception of areas outside our shipping partners’ standard routes.

Due to shipping restrictions, each order is limited to a maximum of 44 pounds (20 kilos) only. We carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives in good condition. Please refer to the shipping weight of each product. Our system will auto-compute the total order weight upon check-out. Note that orders weighing more than 44 pounds will not be accepted.

Tracking Your Order
The tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be registered into the shipper's system.
